A survey was recently undertaken to establish ways in which our services may be improved but also to determine what perceptions clients have regarding their business relationship with P & Co.

Clients were asked to rate their views on various different aspect of P & Co services on a scale between 1 and 10 (where 1 is poor and 10 is excellent).

  How would you rate the presentation of your accounts work carried out for you by P & Co? Average Rate – 8.6    
       
  How would you rate the accuracy of accounts work completed for you by P & Co? Average Rate – 9.0    
       
  How well informed does P & Co keep you about changes in legislation that may affect your business?

  From the survey conducted, it is encouraging to learn that our clients are very satisfied with the various services provided by P & Co. We aim to carry out regular surveys of our client sin order to make sure we are aware of how they feel about our services and so that we can continually improve. We also encourage our clients to tell us if there is ever anything we can improve on.
